A work session meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Trenton was held at the Trenton Municipal Center, Barneveld, NY. Supervisor Mark Scheidelman called the meeting to order at 8:10 p.m. Present: Councilmen Betsy Mack, Councilman Bruce Kellogg, Councilman Joseph Smith, and Councilman Shirley Poland.
06-108 Motion by Smith, second by Kellogg, to pass a resolution to accept the revisions to the Town of Trenton, Coombs Road Water District Administrative and Town Resident Inspector Budget as funded through USDA Rural Development.
Roll call: Kellogg, aye; Scheidelman, aye; Mack, aye; Smith, aye, Poland, aye. Motion carried.
06-109 Motion by Mack, second by Poland, to agree to accept the USDA Grant and Loan Resolution.

06-110 Motion by Smith, second by Mack, to accept the Water or Waste System Grant Agreement with the USDA.

06-111 Motion by Poland, second by Mack, to authorize the Supervisor to sign the modified agreement with Joe Puleo for inspection services.
06-112 Motion by Smith, second by Kellogg, to authorize the Supervisor to sign the modified agreement with Boulder Consultants.
Employee Handbook: Betsy Mack reported the Employee Handbook is ready for distribution with the understanding that policies and procedures change and the handbook will need to be updated as needed.
Generator: Discussion was held on purchasing a generator for the Municipal Center. Joe Smith explained an outside generator would need to be set on a concrete pad approximately 20 feet from the building. Separate wiring will need to be run. Smith will find out current pricing for 40 kilowatt and 60 kilowatt units. Projected installation would be Spring 2007. The Town Board anticipates having the Highway garage construct a building to house the unit they have.
